I liked this concept but I wanted to make her less Blythe Dollish.I cant wait till I have time to finish these in a French Poster render type style.YAYYA.Im going to do like 5 different ones I think.

What are your favorite things to study? which artists/ cartoons do you look at to copy/or for inspiration?
Do you often see your characters very clearly in your head and draw from there, or do you go through very rough drafts?

How do you give the cat so much volume with such an outwardly simple shape? You make a jellybean imminently three dimensional.

DRAT! i just noticed something that bothers me in the first drawing. The cat's tail don't look like it matches up to his body without being 5 feet long. Maybe if his torso was tilted more in that direction it'd look more believable.
can't wait to see the finished art of alice and really enjoy all the concept art for your little bunny animation!
